Westwood Police Special Needs Registry
The Westwood Police Department Special Needs Registry is a voluntary service to help police officers and other emergency service personnel to better assist those with special needs in the event of an emergency by providing first responders with vital information about the registrants’ special needs, emergency contact information, description, and a current photograph. All information is kept strictly confidential. The registration form can be downloaded from the Police Department website: www.westwoodnjpolice.com
No Solicitation Request (Door to Door)
Upon the request of any resident, the Borough will prevent solicitors from soliciting at their home. The Borough will put into effect a "No Solicitation List." Any solicitor or canvasser applying for a permit within the Borough, will be given an up-to- date copy of this list, and all residents on this list will not be contacted. This ordinance does not pertain to non-profit organizations and therefore, they will be able to continue to solicit. Residents wishing to be added to the "No Solicitation" list, please complete and submit the application located on the Westwood municipal website www.westwoodnj.gov under FORMS & APPLICATIONS, or drop it off at the Municipal Complex to the Clerk's Office.
